The arms are made of die-cast aluminum and will turn into hot all the way through use. Do not touch them all the way through or immediately following cooking. The cover is made of stainless steel and will turn into very hot and must not be touched all the way through or immediately following cooking. Never use metal utensils, as they’re going to scratch the nonstick plates.
